Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end solar project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met for rooftop solar installations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing documentation, and resolving issues that may impact delivery schedules. The role involves supervising site activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory,



and contractual requirements.

The Project

Manager will also manage logistics planning, vendor coordination, and expediting of materials and equipment to project sites. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting to drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Experience as an Expeditor with proficiency in Expediting processes for materials, equipment, and vendor deliverables.
- Knowledge of Inspection practices to ensure quality, safety, and compliance across project sites.
- Logistics Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and optimize movement of materials and resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
- Experience in renewable energy, solar EPC, or industrial infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and reporting; familiarity with ERP or project tracking software is an advantage.
