Position Title: Project Manager
Reporting To: AVP/ CCO
Location: Noida
Experience Required: 6+ Years (US solar permit/ proposal domain)
1. Team Management
· Supervise Sr. DMs & employees based on project complexity. Daily operational efficiency and maintaining team revenue above the company-prescribed threshold.
· Oversee daily operations, manage team leaves, and ensure absenteeism remains below 10%.
2. Reporting
· Submit Morning and End-of-Day (EOD) reports to respective managers.
· Ensure timely updates and monitoring of all relevant reports and trackers.
3. Resource Management
· Oversee allocated resources effectively based on daily project volume and team availability.
· Balance workloads across projects and manage absenteeism efficiently.
· Initiate cross-project training to improve team versatility and resource optimization.
4. Team Development
· Conduct regular one-on-one sessions (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) with Sr. DMs, DMs, AMs and Team Leads (TLs),
ensuring they also hold similar sessions with their respective team members to provide feedback, guidance, and support.
· Identify and nurture high-potential team members for promotion into leadership roles.
5. Client Meetings and Communication
· Participate in client meetings to address concerns and ensure smooth operational processes.
· Ensure sharing of meeting agendas by leads at least 24 hours before meetings and document Minutes of Meetings (MOM) afterward.
· Ensure 100% of emails are responded to promptly and efficiently by managing customer CRM or chat platforms.
· Ensure seamless coordination with Skilled Engineers (PEs) to resolve project-specific technical issues, including stamping (if applicable).
6. Quality and Turnaround Time (TAT) Management
· Maintain internal team quality above 90% and external project quality above 95%, aligning with client expectations.
· Adhere to a 24-hour TAT for design delivery and comply with SLA commitments for stamping projects.
7. Operational Initiatives
· Request and review monthly quality scores from clients to monitor performance.
· Address and resolve technical challenges faced by the team.
· Prepare and submit accurate invoices before the 3rd of every month.
