Role Description The Project Manager role at Dsigner Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end management of exhibition stall and interior design projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with design, production, and logistics teams. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving operational issues, ensuring quality inspections, and maintaining alignment with client requirements and timelines. The role involves coordinating with vendors and suppliers, expediting materials and services, managing on-site installation activities, and ensuring that all deliverables meet safety, quality, and aesthetic standards.





The Project

Manager will also prepare project reports, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Experience in expeditor roles and Expediting activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to oversee quality checks and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Logistics Management skills, including coordination of vendors, transportation, and on-site installation schedules.
- Relevant experience in exhibition, events, construction, or interior design projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and handle time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with a focus on cooperative problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
