- Solid experience in construction/project management
- Expertise in planning, execution, coordination & site management
- Experience in residential/commercial/high-rise projects preferred
- Ability to manage stakeholders, consultants & contractors effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project execution and monitoring
- Managing timelines, quality, safety & budgets
- Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors
- Reviewing project progress and resolving site challenges
