Job Summary

Customer is looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver IT projects within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget. The candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders, project teams, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the project from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Support, and other teams.
- Manage project resources, allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.
- Track project progress against agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management and customers.




- Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and maintain solid relationships.
- Handle change requests and assess their impact on scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical project issues.
- Coordinate UAT, deployment, production release, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

- Strong Project Management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Good knowledge of RAID management, change management, and project governance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, similar project-management tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
