Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of construction projects in Kochi, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. This full time, on-site role includes coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, managing schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving technical and operational issues at the project site. The role involves preparing and reviewing project plans, cost estimates, and reports, tracking resources,



and ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and contractual obligations.

The Project Manager

Civil will also lead site meetings, conduct risk assessments, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in construction methodologies and project management practices.

Qualifications

- 15 years Experience
- Hotel & High Rise Building experience preferred
- Strong expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Proficiency in Construction Management and Project Management, including scheduling, resource planning, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and site supervision.
- Solid skills in Budgeting and cost control, including estimation, monitoring expenditures, and managing variations and contract-related financials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a postgraduate qualification in construction or project management is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects; consultancy or client-side experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards, with capability to enforce compliance on site.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management and construction software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is preferred.
