Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects at the Hisar site in a full-time, on-site capacity. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, and site teams; scheduling and monitoring construction activities; and ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. The role involves preparing and reviewing project plans, progress reports, and documentation, as well as managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

The Project Manager

Civil will interact with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve issues, manage risks,



and keep stakeholders informed of project status. The position requires active supervision of site work, quality control inspections, and implementation of corrective actions to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

- Robust Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and risk management.

- Expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical standards.

- Proficiency in Construction Management, including site supervision, resource allocation, and contractor/vendor coordination.

- Experience with Budgeting and cost control for civil projects, including estimation, tracking, and reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications in construction or project management are an advantage.

- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.

- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary site teams.

- Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is beneficial.
