Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager Civil role based in Agra.

The Project Manager

Civil will oversee planning, execution, and completion of civil and infrastructure projects related to Ashok Auto’s facilities, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders; reviewing drawings and specifications; and monitoring construction progress and quality. The role involves managing site activities, conducting risk assessments,



ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.

The Project Manager

Civil will also be expected to resolve technical issues, optimize resource utilization, and support continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with the ability to oversee structural and site development work.
- Construction Management and Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects effectively.
- Budgeting skills to manage project costs, track expenditures, and support financial planning.
- Relevant experience in civil projects for industrial or automotive facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and design tools (e.g., MS Project, CAD software) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra, collaborate with diverse teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
