PreferredMain ObjectiveTo deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and with the required quality, ensuring strong RCC construction as per approved structural designs and specifications.Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall construction project from planning to completion and handover.
- Plan and monitor project schedule, cost, resources, and manpower.
- Ensure RCC and structural works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and management.
- Lead project engineers, site engineers, and construction teams.
- Monitor project progress and resolve major technical and site-related issues.
- Control project costs, material wastage, and unnecessary delays.
- Review contractor bills, material requirements,



DPRs, and project reports.
- Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely project completion and successful handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in construction/project management.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural construction, drawings, BOQ, planning, and site execution.
- Experience in hospital, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
