JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Project Manager (B2B Travel Technology) to take complete ownership of our B2B travel technology platform and coordinate its development, maintenance, integrations and continuous improvement.

The candidate will act as a bridge between management, technology, vendors and business/operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of technology projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and monitor the overall B2B travel technology platform and development roadmap.
- Plan, prioritize and execute new features, upgrades and system enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into transparent project/technical requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, operations, management and external technology partners.
- Manage API integrations for air tickets, hotels, packages, payments, visas, CRM and other travel services.
- Track development, testing, UAT, deployment and post-launch activities.
- Identify and resolve project issues, delays, dependencies and technical bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular testing and ensure platform stability, security and usability.




- Collect feedback from internal teams and B2B travel partners and convert it into product improvements.
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, task lists and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and business requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement and better partner experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management / Product Management.
- Experience in travel-tech, B2B technology or online booking platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of web portals, APIs, software development, integrations and SDLC.
- Experience working with developers and technical teams.
- Strong requirement-gathering and project-planning skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of travel technology and booking workflows.
- Experience with B2B travel platforms, GDS, NDC, APIs, booking engines, CRM or payment integrations will be an advantage.
