About the Role
Schnell Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead execution of a large industrial (DRI/CPP-scale) construction package. The role carries full accountability for project delivery — cost, quality, schedule, and safety — while managing a multidisciplinary site team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall project execution plan, schedule, and budget across all civil disciplines
- Lead and coordinate site engineering, quality, safety, and billing teams
- Manage client and stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution
- Drive risk identification and mitigation to keep the project on track
- Ensure resource planning (manpower, material, equipment) meets execution demands
- Review and approve key project documentation, billing, and quality sign-offs
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive experience in EPC/industrial project management
- Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects on time and budget
- Robust leadership, planning, and client-facing communication skills
