About the Role

AG NextGen Technologies is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology and engineering projects while working closely with technical teams, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with development, engineering, R&D;, design, and QA teams.
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor project progress.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.




- 3–6+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Experience managing technology, software, engineering, or R&D; projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong team coordination and decision-making abilities.
