Role Description The Project Lead – Expansion is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for driving Curefoods’ growth across new locations and formats. This role involves planning and executing expansion projects, including market assessments, site identification, and feasibility studies for new cloud kitchens and offline stores.

The Project

Lead coordinates with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, supply chain, and brand to ensure timely launch, alignment with business goals, and operational readiness.



Day-to-day activities include managing project timelines and budgets, tracking key performance indicators, resolving execution challenges, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also requires building relationships with external partners (e.g., landlords, vendors, local authorities) and continuously improving expansion processes based on data, feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in business expansion, market analysis, and site feasibility assessment within F&B;, retail, or similar sectors.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using tools such as Excel, spreadsheets, or project tracking software to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site across the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility to visit multiple locations as required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, hospitality, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in multi-location operations, cloud kitchens, QSR, or retail expansion is highly beneficial.
