Role Description The Project Implementation Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end implementation of Compport’s solutions for client organizations. This role involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, configuring the platform to match compensation processes, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

The specialist will collaborate closely with clients, internal product and technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate setup, smooth deployment, and successful adoption.



Daily activities include planning and tracking project activities, conducting data validation and testing, preparing documentation, and providing training and support during go-live and post-implementation phases. The role also includes monitoring implementation performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to best practices and implementation standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Implementation and Project Management skills to lead end-to-end solution deployments and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Planning abilities to translate business requirements into configurations, manage timelines, and ensure data accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, present solutions, conduct trainings, and document processes clearly.
- Relevant experience in SaaS, HR technology, compensation management, or business consulting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and basic understanding of system implementation lifecycles is an advantage.
