Role Description The Project Head Civil will lead and manage civil construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves coordinating with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and internal teams to finalize designs, schedules, and resource plans.

Responsibilities include supervising site execution, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and overseeing quality control and documentation.

The Project Head

Civil will prepare and review project reports, BOQs, and estimates, manage vendor relationships and contracts,



and support senior management in project planning and decision-making. The role also includes mentoring site engineers and supervisors and implementing best practices in construction management.

Qualifications

- Strong civil engineering and construction management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and site supervision.
- Proficiency in technical drawings, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quality assurance for civil works.
- Experience coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to civil construction projects.
- Effective leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills to drive project execution.
- Ability to analyze risks, resolve on-site issues, and make data-driven decisions under time and budget constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with project management and design software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools) is an advantage.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects in or around Pune is preferred.
