Job Title :Project Head

Job Summary :-

The Project Head is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role serves as the single point of coordination between Clients, Design, Execution, Procurement, and Accounts teams, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project

Head is accountable for successful project delivery while maintaining operational efficiency and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Roles :-

- Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from initiation to final handover.
- Coordinate effectively with the Design, Execution, Procurement, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for project planning, scheduling, execution, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed execution plans and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all deliverables are executed as per approved designs, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate activities between Design, Execution, Procurement, Accounts, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor action items.
- Facilitate smooth coordination to avoid execution delays.
- Procurement &
- Vendor Management
- Coordinate procurement activities in line with project schedules.
- Support vendor negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure timely availability of materials without compromising quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution until handover.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain transparent communication.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Cost Management
- Allocate manpower and project resources efficiently.
- Monitor project budgets and control operational expenses.
- Optimize logistics and execution costs without compromising quality.
- Track project costs and support profitability objectives.

- Issue Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Resolve execution challenges and project escalations promptly.
- Minimize delays through proactive planning and effective decision-making.

- Ensure all execution activities comply with company quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality reviews.
- Verify project execution against approved drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
- Change Management
- Evaluate and manage changes related to project scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated before implementation.
- Project Monitoring &
- Reporting
- Track project milestones, budgets, and overall progress.
- Prepare and present periodic project status reports to management.
- Take corrective actions whenever deviations from the project plan are identified.
- Project Closure
- Ensure timely completion of projects and successful client handover.
- Complete project documentation and closure formalities.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Experience :- 8–10 years of experience in Interior Fit-out, Residential Interiors, Commercial Interiors, or Construction Project Management. Required Skills :-
