Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Execution & Coordination Manager to coordinate and track the overall execution of our upcoming Battery Project, ensuring timely completion through effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, contractors and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Coordination: Track project activities, timelines and pending tasks.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Follow up on deliveries, site progress, manpower and material availability.
- Procurement Follow-up: Coordinate for pending POs, invoices and documentation.
- Statutory Approvals: Track NOCs, licenses, approvals and compliance requirements.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare project trackers, weekly reports, dashboards and MoM.
- Site & Management Coordination: Coordinate between site teams, head office and management and highlight critical issues.
- Documentation:



Maintain project-related contracts, POs, approvals and technical documents.
- Commissioning Support: Assist with testing, handover documentation and project closure.

Required Skills

- Strong follow-up & coordination skills
- Vendor/contractor management
- Project tracking & MIS reporting
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Battery / BESS / Electrical / EPC / Manufacturing / Industrial Projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
