Role Description The Project Engineer role at Karyasiddhi reflects an EPC Project Engineer role rather than a generic project execution role. The emphasis is on engineering coordination, manufacturing follow-up, procurement, site execution, commissioning, and client management. Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution Take ownership of assigned turnkey projects from kick-off to project closure. Develop detailed project execution plans. Monitor project progress against plan.

2. Client Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with clients for technical clarifications, drawing approvals, inspection schedules, site readiness, commissioning activities, and dispatches. 3. Engineering & Drawing Coordination Coordinate with Engineering and Design teams for the preparation and release of engineering drawings.

1. Manufacturing Coordination Coordinate production planning with the Manufacturing Department. Monitor fabrication progress of equipment.
2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely availability of bought-out items.

6. Site Execution & Monitoring Conduct regular site visits to monitor project execution.



Coordinate site erection and installation activities. 7. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules and ensure that materials reach the site as per plan.

Required Skills Robust understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution.

Good understanding of quality systems and project documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–10 years of experience in EPC, industrial projects, Air Pollution Control Systems, process equipment, material handling systems, or industrial plant projects. Experience in handling turnkey engineering and manufacturing projects is highly preferred.
