Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor RCC activities including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and related works.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and other site teams for smooth execution of works.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, and embedded items before concreting.
- Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, curing, and other site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain daily records, work progress reports, inspection requests, and site documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress to achieve project targets.
- Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with approved safety procedures and maintain protected working conditions at site.
- Track project progress and support timely completion of RCC works as per the approved schedule.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to quality, safety, and project standards.
