Role Description This full time Project Engineer/Field Engineer role is an on-site position based in the Greater Nashik Area. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of fiber optic and related telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and client representatives, preparing and reviewing project documentation, and conducting site inspections to verify quality and progress. The engineer will assist in resource planning, risk identification,



and troubleshooting field issues, as well as supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities. The position requires regular reporting on project status, maintaining compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering and field operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to manage telecom infrastructure and fiber optic network projects effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills to handle scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and on-site execution.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant technical qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in telecom infrastructure, fiber optic deployment, or utility projects, including field work and site supervision, is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and ISO/OHSAS-compliant procedures in construction or engineering environments.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, basic CAD or layout software, and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in varying field conditions, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on safety and reliability.
