SCOPE OF THE JOB

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

1. Support structured and timely delivery of project activities in line with approved scope, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

2. Act as a technical support partner to the Project Manager by providing accurate site data, analysis, and coordination inputs.

3. Promote disciplined execution, value engineering, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Operational Responsibilities

1. Implement Master Schedule and Micro Schedules, including resource planning, pour schedules, and tracking logs.

2. Coordinate with contractors to ensure planned progress is achieved and potential delays are proactively mitigated.

3. Prepare, review, and track QA/QC plans, inspection checklists, and ITPs.

4. Monitor safety procedures and ensure adherence to site safety standards and protocols.

5. Ensure strict implementation of Synergy manuals and organizational systems.

Support value engineering initiatives and provide constructive technical feedback on drawings.

7. Inspect quality of work and materials delivered at site for compliance.

8. Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at site.

9. Review project cost trends and support cost-control initiatives.

10. Verify monthly billing certified by Billing Engineers.

11. Track daily progress against planned quantities and highlight deviations.

12. Generate RFIs and coordinate drawing clarifications with consultants.

People Management

1. Work collaboratively with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

2. Support junior staff and promote teamwork, discipline, and accountability at site.

3. Maintain qualified and positive communication across stakeholders.
