Role & responsibilities

- Manage complete execution of current De Roma outletsfrom site handover to store opening.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and franchise partners.

- Supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, branding and signage work.

- Prepare project timelines, BOQs and cost estimates.

- Control project quality, costs and completion deadlines.

- Conduct site visits and submit regular progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong project management, vendor negotiation and communication skills.

- Experience in multiple retail-store rollouts preferred.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and project reporting.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
