JOB DISCRIPTION:

- Clear direction regarding project priorities and timelines to team.

- Support in resolving project bottlenecks, delays and inter-team coordination issues.

- Effective communication of management decisions.

- Support for smooth coordination with technical teams, laboratory, clients and regulatory authorities.

- Timely decisions on escalated issues and matters requiring management intervention.

- Track project timelines, milestones and critical stages, and provide regular status updates to the reporting manager and senior management.

- Support client engagement by scheduling meetings, circulating agendas, documenting minutes of meetings (MoMs) and tracking action items.

- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, Google Sheets and internal MIS for real-time visibility of project progress.





- Organize internal review meetings and coordination calls with approval of the reporting manager.
