Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to coordinate and monitor interior design and execution projects from planning through final handover.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between clients, interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, site teams and internal departments to ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines, budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end interior projects from project initiation to final handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams .
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with site supervisors and contractors.
- Review and understand interior drawings, layouts, BOQs and technical specifications .
- Follow up on BOQs, quotations, material approvals, purchase orders and material deliveries .
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely procurement and installation.
- Track project materials, manpower requirements and site requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports .
- Prepare and maintain MOMs, project trackers, MIS reports and project documentation .
- Coordinate project meetings and follow up on pending actions.
- Identify project delays, site issues and execution challenges and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timeline and required quality standards.
- Coordinate with the accounts/procurement team for quotations, billing and payment-related follow-ups.




- Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals, measurements, invoices and project documents.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure regular status updates to management.
- Support the Project Manager/Project Head in overall project planning and execution.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in interior design, interior fit-out, turnkey projects, construction or project coordination .
- Solid knowledge of interior project execution and site coordination.
- Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, materials, finishes and project documentation .
- Ability to read and understand interior/architectural drawings .
- Strong vendor, contractor and client coordination skills.
- Positive follow-up and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Mumbai when required.

Software Skills
- MS Excel – Good working knowledge
- MS Word & PowerPoint
- AutoCAD – Ability to read and understand drawings
- Knowledge of MS Project / project management software will be an advantage.

Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field .
- Relevant experience in interior project coordination may be considered in place of a specific qualification.
