About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Project Coordinator Intern to support our project delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to project management, client engagements, technology implementations, and cross-functional coordination.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Solution Engineers, Consultants, and other internal teams to help ensure projects are properly tracked, documented, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
- Track project tasks, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and action items.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and customer project meetings.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, MOMs, trackers, and status updates.
- Follow up with internal teams on pending tasks and project deliverables.
- Support project kickoff, implementation, testing, training, go-live, and closure activities.
- Maintain accurate project information and ensure stakeholders receive timely updates.




- Identify potential delays or dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate across technical, functional, sales, and delivery teams.
- Assist with preparing weekly and monthly project reports.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, project management tools, or collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Solid willingness to learn and take ownership.
