About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating architectural visualization projects, primarily catering to international clients across North America.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background, with experience in project coordination and client communication within the visualization domain. The position offers an initial contract of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between clients and internal production teams, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.



Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients from the US and Canada, is highly desirable.

A comprehensive understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline, including rendering, post-production, and technical review, is essential. The candidate should have the ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately, possess strong knowledge of architectural terminology, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. A keen eye for detail and aesthetic judgment is crucial to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary communication conduit between clients—such as architects, developers, and interior designers—and internal production teams, including 3D artists, draftsmen, and designers.
- Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and deliverables to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Coordinate the preparation of architectural visualization outputs, including photorealistic 3D renderings, virtual reality tours, panoramic images, walkthrough animations, and CAD drawings.
- Provide creative and technical guidance to enhance visualization quality and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee post-production processes,



including image editing, compositing, and quality control, to guarantee final outputs meet high standards.
- Interpret client feedback, analyze requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable instructions for the production team.
- Support additional project-related tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation management as needed.
