About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. This role is designed for a professional with a robust background in architecture and a passion for architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between international clients—primarily from North America—and our internal production team.

Responsibilities include managing communication, reviewing technical drawings, and overseeing the creation of photorealistic 3D renders, VR tours, animations, and technical drawings. This position offers an initial contract of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements. The role requires working during US shift hours (EST/EDT) to align with client needs, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)



and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience in architecture or related fields. Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients from the US and Canada, is highly desirable.

A strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline, including the ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural and interior design drawings, is essential. Candidates should have solid knowledge of architectural and design terminology, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Proficiency in relevant software tools and a passion for delivering high-quality visual outputs are also required.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary communication conduit between clients—such as architects, developers, and interior designers—and the internal production team, ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
- Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and deliverables including photorealistic 3D renders, VR tours, panoramic images, walkthroughs, animations, CAD files, and technical drawings.
- Provide both creative and technical guidance to enhance visualization outcomes, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee post-production tasks, including image editing, compositing,



and quality assurance, to ensure final outputs meet high standards before delivery.
- Interpret, summarize, and communicate client feedback effectively to the creative team, translating it into clear, actionable instructions.
- Support additional project coordination activities as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of all project components.
