Job Summary

We are looking for a VM Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage visual merchandising projects from planning to execution. The candidate will work closely with the design, project, procurement, production, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely execution of VM displays, fixtures, branding elements, and retail installations as per approved designs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end Visual Merchandising (VM) projects from design development to site execution.
- Coordinate with VM designers, interior/project teams, vendors, fabricators, and site teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, BOQs, material requirements, and execution plans.
- Follow up with vendors and production teams for timely manufacturing and delivery of VM elements.
- Coordinate installation and execution at retail stores/sites as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure VM elements, fixtures, graphics, props, displays, and branding materials meet required quality and design standards.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays, material shortages, or execution issues to the reporting manager.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation, finishing, measurements, and overall execution.
- Coordinate approvals, drawings, samples, material selections, and revisions with relevant teams.




- Maintain project documentation, photographs, vendor details, delivery status, and completion reports.
- Support cost control by coordinating with procurement and commercial teams and monitoring material requirements.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between office and site teams.
- Assist in resolving site-related execution and coordination issues within timelines.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising, retail display, fixtures, and interior execution.
- Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and layouts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Qualification Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in retail interiors, visual merchandising, retail fixtures, exhibitions, branding, or commercial projects will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
