What You’ll Be Doing (position summary): The Cloud Project Control Officer (PCO) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating project controls within the Cloud Engineering & Transformation CLOUD PMO team. This role ensures the effective tracking, monitoring, and follow-up of project-related requests and deliverables.



The Cloud PCO applies independent judgment within established frameworks to support resource allocation, budgeting, planning, compliance, and project tracking.

Acting as a technical liaison, the Cloud PCO provides guidance to project teams and leverages subject matter expertise to drive project success. The position operates with minimal supervision to facilitate the development, implementation, and ongoing management of cloud technology platforms, processes, procedures, and governance.

How You’ll Succeed (Responsibilities):

- Manage project controls for cloud initiatives, including the tracking and monitoring of project milestones, deliverables, and information requests
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting across key project control areas, including resourcing, budgeting, planning, compliance, and status tracking
- Apply appropriate project control methods and practices to support effective project oversight, transparency, and decision-making
- Monitor project performance against established plans, identify variances, and escalate issues, risks, or gaps as required
- Coordinate and consolidate inputs from project team members and subject matter experts to support the achievement of project objectives
- Exercise independent judgment within established procedures to manage project control activities and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members on project control processes, tools, templates, and reporting requirements
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of cloud technology platforms, processes, procedures, and governance models
- Ensure project documentation, reporting artifacts, and control records are maintained in accordance with governance and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the successful delivery of cloud transformation initiatives by strengthening project governance, control discipline, and execution support.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

- Collaborates with business units, infrastructure and operations teams, and application owners,




- Architecture and engineering teams, information security and compliance stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Project and delivery teams

- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Experience: 5+ years of experience

Who You Are (skills/qualifications):

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.

Must Have Skills:

- 5+ years of experience tracking and monitoring cloud project progress, with a focus on ensuring the timely completion of milestones and deliverables
- Ability to provide accurate and timely reporting to support resource management, budget tracking, and compliance requirements
- Solid collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and subject matter experts to resolve issues and support project outcomes
- Familiarity with cloud governance frameworks, technology processes, and supporting operational controls
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience in project control, project coordination, or a similar role within a technology environment
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines while contributing effectively in a collaborative team workplace
- Technical knowledge of cloud platforms and project management practices

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with banking, enterprise technology, or regulated environments
