About Project Unnati

Project Unnati focuses on empowering women and adolescent girls through skill development, livelihood opportunities, entrepreneurship, and capacity-building initiatives to support financial self-reliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate livelihood and skill development activities under Project Unnati.
- Mobilize and strengthen SHGs and support women-led income-generating activities.
- Coordinate EDP, vocational, and skill development training programs.




- Monitor Study Centre activities and conduct regular field visits.
- Coordinate with communities, government departments, panchayats, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise field staff and trainers for smooth project implementation.
- Maintain beneficiary data, documentation, and project reports.
- Support monitoring, follow-ups, and achievement of project targets.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in livelihood, skill development, SHG, EDP, or community development.
- Solid field coordination and communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Willingness to travel to rural project locations.
- Experience in CSR-funded projects will be an added advantage.
