About the Role:

We’re looking for a Program Manager – Relationship Management to drive key programs and manage franchise partner relationships within our Franchise business.

This role brings together client relationship management, strategy, operations, and program execution. You’ll work closely with franchise partners—understanding their business needs, managing relationships and escalations, while bringing multiple internal teams together to drive outcomes.

Simply put, you’ll own the relationship, connect the dots, and make things happen.

What You'll Do:

- Own and manage relationships with key franchise partners and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Understand partner requirements, business priorities, challenges, and feedback.
- Own client escalations end-to-end,



ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Own key Franchise programs from idea to execution.
- Drive cross-functional execution across BD, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, Tech, Legal, and other teams.
- Build and run initiatives across partner engagement, growth, marketing, strategy, and operations.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and proactively identify opportunities to improve partner experience.
- Identify roadblocks and dependencies and drive them to closure.
- Track program performance, partner issues, key metrics, and business impact.
- Build scalable processes as the Franchise business grows.

What Are We Looking For?

- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Business Operations, Consulting, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling client escalations and driving them to resolution.
- Ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with partners.
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
- Strong problem-solving and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High ownership with a strong bias for action.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving business environment.
