Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of Program/Project Management and Scrum Leadership (70%), with Scrum experience being mandatory, while exposure to Product Management (30%) is considered a good-to-have. The individual will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program/project delivery including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Act as the primary interface for client and leadership engagement.

Lead Agile delivery using Scrum methodologies and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Drive release planning, dependency management, delivery tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.





Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business, product, and engineering stakeholders.

Track delivery metrics, project health, and provide regular executive status updates.

Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management and Agile Delivery.

Hands-on Scrum Master / Scrum Leadership experience is mandatory.

Robust experience managing client-facing technology delivery programs.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and complex delivery engagements.

Expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

Product Management or Product Owner experience.

Exposure to product roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and feature definition.

Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMP.
