Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate and monitor eye care programs across hospital and community settings.

- Manage community outreach, screening camps, Vision Centres, referrals and follow-up activities.

- Coordinate with hospital departments, Vision Centre teams, field staff and external partners.

- Develop and monitor program targets, budgets, work plans and implementation timelines.

- Track program performance, patient outcomes, outreach coverage and referral conversion.

- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, program updates and donor/partner reports.

- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions for effective program delivery.

- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, CSR partners and other stakeholders.

- Support training, capacity building,



quality improvement and process strengthening initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Social Work or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in eye care, hospital or community health.

- Candidates with relevant experience in healthcare programs and community outreach will be preferred.

- Freshers with strong project management, communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

- Solid skills in MS Office, MIS reporting, team coordination and stakeholder management.
