Job Summary The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring Better Life Foundation India’s community-based programmes. The role requires strong field-level engagement, coordination with partner organizations, beneficiaries, volunteers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement NGO programmes and community initiatives.

Conduct field visits and assess programme requirements.

Coordinate with special schools, therapy centres, old age homes, disability organizations, educational institutions, and community groups.

Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries, institutions, government departments, and other stakeholders.

Prepare programme plans, schedules, reports, and documentation.

Monitor programme progress and ensure timely execution of activities.

Organize awareness programmes, workshops, camps, training sessions, and community events.

Coordinate volunteers and field teams.

Collect programme data, photographs, beneficiary information, and impact stories.

Job Summary The CSR Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporates, CSR foundations, institutions, and potential funding partners to create sustainable partnerships for Better Life Foundation India’s programmes.

Key Responsibilities





Identify and research potential CSR companies, foundations, corporate partners, and donors.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with CSR teams and corporate decision-makers.

Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, presentations, and project documentation.

Coordinate CSR project implementation from proposal stage to completion.

Understand corporate CSR priorities and align them with the Foundation’s programmes.

Coordinate meetings, presentations, site visits, and partnership discussions.

Maintain a database of prospective and existing CSR partners.

Track CSR opportunities, proposals, follow-ups, and commitments.

Coordinate with programme teams to collect project data and impact reports.
