Role & responsibilities The Program Advisor plays a key role in student admissions by counseling prospective learners and guiding them through qualified upskilling programs.
This is a consultative admissions and inside sales role, where you will work with qualified inquiries, understand career goals, recommend suitable programs, and support candidates throughout the enrollment journey.
The role focuses on relationship building, structured follow-ups, and helping students confidently choose the right learning path.
Preferred candidate profile
1 - 3 years of experience in EdTech admissions, academic counseling, inside sales, or B2C advisory roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Comfortable interacting with students and working professionals daily.
