ABOUT EDUENRICH

EduEnrich Global is a growing EdTech company providing online tuition and mentoring for Grades 6–12 across CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IGCSE and IB curricula. We are looking for a proactive Program Manager to take ownership of day-to-day academic and program operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate Management, Tutors, Students/Parents, Admissions, Marketing and Technology.

· Manage daily online class operations, scheduling, attendance, onboarding and issue resolution.

· Coordinate tutor onboarding, availability, communication and performance.

· Manage demo classes, feedback and coordination with Admissions to improve demo-to-enrolment conversion.

· Monitor student/parent experience, feedback, retention and operational issues.

· Coordinate LMS/platform issues and ensure smooth online learning operations.

· Maintain reports/dashboards for students, tutors, classes, demos, attendance and admissions.

· Support development of tuition packages, mentoring programs, assessments and student-engagement initiatives.

· Work with Digital Marketing by sharing program insights, student/tutor needs and campaign feedback.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

· 2–5 years’ experience in Education, EdTech, Academic Coordination,



Program Management, Operations or Customer Success.

· Excellent communication, coordination, organisation and follow-up skills.

· Strong problem-solving ability and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

· Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and online education/LMS platforms.

· Experience with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB/Cambridge or online tutoring is an advantage.

· Proactive mindset: identifies problems and proposes solutions.
