Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide application support to resolve issues related to data processing, reporting, and analytics.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical problems using SQL queries, shell scripting, and Python scripts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement solutions.

- Develop automated testing frameworks using Linux/Unix environments for regression testing.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in application support or production support role.

- Strong understanding of SQL programming language and ability to write productive queries.

- Proficiency in Bash scripting (Shell Scripting) for automating tasks on Linux/Unix systems.
