Wanted Shift Supervisor - Production (Chemical Manufacturing)

Urgent requirement

Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners and candidates with chemical manufacturing industry experience will be given high preference.

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Allocate manpower efficiently and manage shift-wise workforce.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine servicing, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production performance and minimize downtime and wastage.




- Maintain shift production records.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate shift handovers effectively.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the production floor.

Qualifications :

- Any Diploma / Degree with relevant production experience.

Experience : Min 0 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry. Job Location : Valinokkam (Ramanathapuram District)

Nature of Work: Three Shifts
