Exp 2-5 Years (Powder coating Industry)

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution
2. Pre-Treatment Process Control

3. Powder Coating Process

4. Quality Control
5. Manpower & Team Management
6. Maintenance & Equipment
7. Safety, 5S & Compliance

Required Technical Skills
- Valuable knowledge of the complete powder coating process.
- Practical knowledge of pre-treatment systems and basic coating chemistry.
- Knowledge of electrostatic powder coating equipment.
- Understanding of kV, powder flow, air pressure, DFT and curing parameters.
- Knowledge of RAL colours and different coating finishes.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot powder coating defects.
- Knowledge of DFT gauge, gloss meter and adhesion testing.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, RCA, 5-Why and CAPA.
- Basic MS Excel and production-reporting skills.
