Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Delhi, India.

The Production

Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, coordinating workforce allocation, tracking production schedules, and resolving operational issues to maintain continuous flow. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, maintenance,



and supply chain to support timely production and reduce downtime.

The Production

Supervisor will also prepare daily reports, implement process improvements, train team members on standard operating procedures, and uphold workplace safety and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills and experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet output and delivery targets.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with workers, peers, and management and to report production performance clearly.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Production Management , including monitoring KPIs, optimizing line efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in high-volume electronics or consumer goods manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced, shift-based operations.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
