- Supervise daily garment production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor line performance, productivity, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and production schedules.
- Assist in manpower allocation and workflow management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma/Degree in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Technology, or any relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in garment manufacturing/production.
- Freshers with relevant educational background may also be considered.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of garment production processes and quality requirements.
