Role & responsibilities,

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

- Ensure adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead, motivate, and develop production team members to achieve performance objectives.

- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to optimize productivity.

- Monitor production output and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

- Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment problems, and process deviations.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals, safety updates, and operational requirements.

- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to production personnel.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and lower production costs.

- Ensure proper documentation of production records, quality checks,



and operational data.

- Support inventory control activities and material management processes.

- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other applicable standards.

Preferred candidate profile,

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including supervisory experience.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical drawings, and operating procedures.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
