- Supervise daily production as per production plan and BMR
- Allocate work to operators and helpers
- Monitor weighing, charging, mixing, heating, cooling & homogenization
- Monitor temperature, mixing time, RPM & batch quantity
- Ensure GMP, SOP, hygiene, PPE & safety compliance
- Coordinate with QA/QC for line clearance and in-process checks
- Maintain BMR, equipment logbooks & production records
- Supervise filling, capping, labeling, coding & packing
- Monitor production output, rejection & wastage
- Report equipment breakdowns, material shortages & process deviations
- Ensure proper housekeeping and shift handover
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
