Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Experience: 3 7 Years

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery commitments.

Prepare and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and machine-wise loading plans.

Plan and allocate jobs for VMC, CNC, Grinding, EDM, Laser and other processes.

Ensure availability of raw material, tools, fixtures, CNC programs and required resources before production.

Generate and release Work Orders / Job Cards and define process routing.

Monitor WIP and material movement at every stage:

Take ownership of material movement and follow-up to ensure no process remains idle due to planning gaps.

Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, Store, Outsourcing, QC, QA,

Assembly, Packing and Dispatch.

Identify bottlenecks, delays, shortages and capacity constraints and take proactive action.

Monitor Production vs Plan, machine utilization, WIP, rejection/rework and delivery status.

Ensure finished goods are available as per customer delivery commitments and coordinate with Dispatch.

Prepare daily production reports, weekly planning vs actual and monthly MIS.

Use ERP/MRP and Advanced Excel for planning,



tracking and analysis.

Support continuous improvement to reduce lead time, WIP, machine idle time,

changeover time and production delays.

Ensure planning and production activities comply with ISO 13485, traceability and medical-device requirements.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of PPC, production planning and manufacturing processes.

Good understanding of CNC/VMC machining and precision manufacturing.

Strong ERP/MRP and Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Strong ownership and ability to drive execution across departments.

Ability to work under pressure and meet customer delivery commitments.

Key Accountability

This is an execution-driven PPC role, not only a planning role.

The PPC Head will be the owner of the complete material and production flow and will be responsible for proactively pushing the job through every process until finished goods are ready for dispatch.
