About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning & Coordination Executive with hands-on experience in modular interior production and furniture manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the complete production workflow from cut-list/pre-production through material availability, production, QC, packing and dispatch, ensuring projects are completed within the planned timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage project-wise daily production plans.
- Review cut lists and production requirements before releasing jobs to production.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure required materials are available on time.
- Track material shortages and pending requirements that may affect production.
- Coordinate with the Production/Floor In-Charge to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor project-wise production progress and pending work.
- Prioritize jobs based on project deadlines and dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with QC to ensure production issues are identified and rectified.
- Track missing and pending panels until completion.




- Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams for project-wise dispatch planning.
- Maintain daily production, pending-work and project-status reports.
- Identify production bottlenecks and communicate delays to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between planning, procurement, production, QC and dispatch.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Modular Interior Production / Interior Manufacturing.
- Experience in modular furniture, kitchen, wardrobe and residential interior production.
- Strong understanding of cut lists, panels, hardware and production processes.
- Experience in production planning and project coordination.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with factory-based interior production experience will be preferred.
