Role Description The Production Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all production planning activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of scale models. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai, involving close collaboration with design, fabrication, procurement, and quality teams to align production schedules with client requirements and project timelines.

Day-to-day tasks include developing and monitoring production plans, tracking progress against deadlines, optimizing resource allocation, and managing workflow across multiple projects.



The role also includes analyzing capacity, identifying bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting on production status.

The Production Planning

Manager will work directly with senior management to forecast workload, manage priorities, and support high-quality, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules to create, implement, and monitor detailed project timelines.
- Candidates should possess Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast demand, allocate resources, and resolve production constraints effectively.
- Candidates should possess Production Management skills to supervise workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or model-making environments, with familiarity in project-based or custom production processes.
