Job Title: Production Planner

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to join our team at Fero Door, a leading door manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in the wood, interior, or door manufacturing industry. Candidates with expertise in Excel, SAP, and other production planning software will be preferred. An engineering or B.Tech qualification is desirable. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to optimize workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and raw material requirements to avoid production delays.
- Utilize Excel, SAP (preferred), and other software tools for production planning and reporting.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient production planning while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly production reports and update management on progress.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material availability.

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Industry experience in wood, interior, or door manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel, production planning software, and SAP (preferred).
- B.Tech or Engineering degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
