Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations. This role manages daily production schedules, coordinates with design, procurement, and quality teams, and ensures all products are delivered on time and to specification.

The Production

Manager monitors workflow on the floor, allocates resources, resolves bottlenecks, and maintains clear documentation of processes and outputs. They implement quality standards, track inventory and materials, and liaise with vendors and service providers as needed. The role also includes training and guiding production staff,



enforcing safety and compliance protocols, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in production management, operations coordination, or manufacturing supervision, ideally in a design, apparel, lifestyle, or related creative industry.
- Solid skills in planning, scheduling, and workflow management, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, process optimization, and basic inventory management practices.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on involvement in day-to-day production activities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and production staff.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members, with a focus on accountability, safety, and respectful workplace culture.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, production tracking software) and strong attention to detail in documentation.
- Relevant education in production, operations, engineering, fashion, design, or business is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous improvement and ethical practices.
