Aquasense is looking for an experienced Electronics Production Manager to manage and scale electronics manufacturing operations for smart water metering, flow meters and IoT-based products.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end electronics production and manufacturing operations
- Plan and monitor production, manpower, materials and output
- Set up and improve production processes and SOPs
- Manage assembly, testing and quality processes
- Support flow-meter manufacturing, testing and calibration
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Drive NPI, process improvement and productivity
- Manage production/shop-floor teams
- Support quality and certification requirements
? Required Experience:
- 4–8 years in Electronics Production / Manufacturing
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or related field
- Experience in Industrial Electronics / Instrumentation / Flow Meters / Smart Meters / IoT products
- Experience in production team handling and manufacturing operations
- Flow-meter calibration/testing experience will be highly preferred
- Exposure to NABL, ISO 17025, BIS or Legal Metrology will be an advantage
⚠️ Important: We are NOT looking for candidates from only generic consumer-electronics assembly or maintenance backgrounds. Candidates with experience in Flow Meter | Instrumentation | Industrial Electronics | Smart Metering | Calibration | IoT Hardware Manufacturing are preferred.
