Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

We are hiring a " Production Manager " for one of our clients based out in Ranesar, Ahmedabad.

The client is a technology driven chemical manufacturing company specialising in high performance zinc flakes and zinc flake based coating solutions for advanced corrosion protection.

Role Purpose : To manage end to end production operations, ensuring effective manufacturing, quality output and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management

● Plan and execute production activities ● Monitor daily production and ensure targets are met

● Optimize processes for efficiency and cost

1. Process & Quality Control

● Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs ● Monitor production processes and resolve issues

● Coordinate with QC/QA for product quality

Team & Operations Management

● Supervise production staff and operators ● Ensure smooth shift operations

● Maintain discipline and productivity

1. Coordination & Compliance

● Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams ● Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

● Maintain production reports and documentation

Education & Experience: * Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/ Chemical/ Production

- 7 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing/ production
